EXTRACTOR WORKER

Extractor for essential oils made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304. Support
frame tilting to facilitate emptying of the distiller and cleaning. Boiler and cover
are insulated to reduce condensation during operation. Inside the boiler are
provided with the bottom grid and the top grid. Condenser tube bundle with
double temperature control to adjust the condensation water. Florentine vase
with the possibility of aromatic water recirculation.
The opening of the cover is made quickly, to reduce the time of loading and
unloading. It is advisable to accessorize distiller with two loading baskets,
one for the material inside the distillation and one for the new load in order to
increase the number of distillations. The loading of the baskets can be made
using the hoist mounted on a suitable fixed structure on the support frame.
Distillers may work with gas burner or steam generator by entering the steam
distributor.
